Manager

In Carlsbad New Mexico, Must be a 2 certificate holder and with more than 3 years experienced with the certification.   Must be able to manage an entire water system with 5 field operators and the office staff.  Must have at least more than 5 years experience in supervising others.  Knowledgeable with all state of New Mexico required certifications.  Must be knowledgeable with pump stations, storage tanks, wells and capable of viewing maps.  Must follow the By-Laws of the Association and take direction from the local board of directors.
