General Manager
Position Summary: Responsible for the overall operations, management, and finances of the organization under the general supervision of the Board of Directors, establishes policies and procedures for directing all internal and external affairs of the organization. Supervises all personnel within the organization. Responsible for the operation of the Twin Forks MDWCA water utilities in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws and requirements. General Manager must be able to obtain a Surety Bond (premium for such bond will be the expense of the Association). The General Manager will be the contact person for the Association requiring exceptional CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.
Superintendent Responsibilities: Manages all employees of Twin Forks MDWCA. Acts as Human Resources Director. Fulfills supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Superintendent will oversees all construction, maintenance, and repairs required by the TFMDWCA systems and equipment. Must have a valid driver’s license.
Work Experience Requirements
· 1 Year experience working in the water utility industry
· New Mexico Utility Operators License (Water Only)
· Basic Computer skills and the following computer program knowledge
o Microsoft Windows 11
o Microsoft Office Suite
o RVS (Preferred)
o Harmony (Preferred)
o Intuit Quick Books (Preferred)
· Must be able to operate heavy equipment
Ability to read and understand blueprints of water operations.
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Certifications
New Mexico Utility Operators License (Water Only)
