SUMMARY:2018 Southern Fall Conference
DESCRIPTION:The New Mexico Rural Water Association’s 8th Annual Fall Conference will be November 27-29\, 2018 at the Hotel Encanto in Las Cruces\, NM. \nAttendees\nClick here to download the 2018 Fall Conference Attendee Registration Form.  Online registration will be coming soon. Attendees can earn a total of 18 credits by attending the Southern Fall Conference.  NOTE:  The 2018 Southern Fall Conference will begin Tuesday November 27th\, 2018 at 8:00 AM and will run through Thursday November 29th\, at 4:30 PM. \nNew Mexico Rural Water Association prides itself in its variety of classes and presentations offered at its Annual and Southern Fall Conferences.  As always\, there will be Water\, Wastewater and Water Sampler Certification tracks.  In addition\, New Mexico Environment Department will fill a track of popular compliance related presentations and there will be Hot Topics and Current Events tracks as well.  On Wednesday morning of the conference\, our always popular Vendor Booth Demos will take place in the Exhibit Hall.  Please click here to download the 2018 Fall Schedule \nNMED testing will be November 30th at the New Mexico Farm & Ranch Heritage Museum\, 4100 Dripping Springs Rd\, Las Cruces and not at the Hotel Encanto.  Registration is closed for taking the certification exam.  For more information\, visit the NMED UCOP Exam webpage. \nExhibitors\nThe Exhibit Hall is filling up.  Click here to download the Fall Exhibitor Invitation & Application We appreciate your support and participation in our conference! \nPresenters\nNMRWA’s Annual Conference has 24 presentations per day. We pride ourselves in offering our attendees a wide variety of topics including compliance\, water and wastewater certification\, board training\, funding processes and opportunities\, new technologies\, and more. These diverse class offerings are only possible with help from our very experienced and qualified volunteer presenters.  If you would like to present at our 2018 Southern Fall Conference please download the “Volunteer Presenter Information Form” by clicking on the link button below.  Fill out the Word document and save it in Word format (not as a pdf).  Email the completed form to quintin@nullnmrwa.org. \nPlease consider presenting\, and send us your completed form soon as NMRWA would like to get a tentative schedule of classes out shortly.  Please send Presenter Information Forms ASAP if you would like to conduct a presentation at our 2018 conference. \nVolunteer Presenter Information Form \n  \nHotel Encanto\nRooms are available at a rate of $102 for the conference. SUMMARY:Training Workshop - Spring Canyon Community Center
DESCRIPTION:A 2-day training workshop in Spring Canyon Ranch.  Spring Canyon Ranch Community Center is located approximately 8 miles west of Quemado\, NM.  Day one will focus on the Safe Drinking Water Act and Sanitary Surveys.  Day two will be an in-depth look at Distribution System Operation and Maintenance.  The workshop will give water operators and opportunity to earn fourteen water and sampler training credits.  Cost for the workshop is $200.00 for non NMRWA members and $150.00 for members.  Single day registrations are also available at $100.00 for non-members and $75.00 for members.  Break refreshments and lunch will be provided both days.  To register\, call the NMRWA office at (505)884-1031 or email info@nullnmrwa.org. or register below.  Registration is limited to 40 attendees. \n  \n
