Assistant General Manager : Doña Ana MDWCA
Duties:
Directs and controls complex Administrative and Operational functions to meet near and intermediate term goals. Supervises office staff personnel to handle two million dollar operating budget, and extensive grant/loan commitments. Ensures compliance with federal/state accounting standards and requirements, and personnel management regulations. Reports to the General Manager and the Board of Directors.
Requirements:
Training and experience in accounting, financial management, and office supervision. Some knowledge of governmental funding processes, regulations, and reporting is needed. Substantial growth of the organization is expected, requiring significant long range construction and operational demands. Strong management/supervisory skill and effort is critical to success.
